LODGING INSTRUCTIONS:

A block of rooms has been reserved at Big Sky Resort and Conference Center from Saturday, February 8 through Thursday, February 13, 2025 at discounted group rates.   Discounted rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis.  We recommend booking early to ensure you are able to reserve your room preference.  Reservations received after December 20, 2024 will be provided on a space available basis.

A NOTE ABOUT BREAKFAST:

Breakfast will be offered each morning in The Huntley Dining Room from 6:30 – 10:30am for WCID registered attendees and all those staying in our room block. Guests staying at The Summit Hotel will be provided vouchers upon check-in.  For guest staying at The Huntley Lodge, Shoshone Condominiums and Village Center lodging no voucher will be needed.  

Coffee and tea will be offered in the Lower Atrium Exhibit Foyer from 7:00am – 7:30am.  Morning sessions will begin at 7:30am in the Gallatin Conference Room.

The Rates listed above do not include the following: Sales Tax and Resort Lodging Fee, which totals 22.8% (subject to change).

For cancellations made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, guests will forfeit the amount of the full stay.  No-shows, early departures and/or late arrivals are non-refundable

GETTING THERE:

It is recommended that attendees fly into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN), which is 45 miles south of Big Sky (approximately a 45 minute drive).
