LODGING INSTRUCTIONS:
Discounted condos and rooms at Copper Mountain Resort are available on a first-come first-served basis. We recommend booking early to ensure you are able to reserve your preference. Reservations made after December 12, 2025 will be provided on a space available basis. Discounted group rates are available 3 days pre and post conference, based on availability.

Copper Mountain Resort Lodging rates range from $211 to $680 per night, not including tax, resort fee and cleaning fee. A 15% deposit on the entire length of stay will be required upon making reservations. The balance on the room reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically billed to the credit card on file. If reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, a refund on the deposit amount received will be made less 10%. If reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the individual is subject to full forfeiture of the reservation value.

The discounted group rate for a double queen room is $329 per night, plus tax and resort fee. A full stay deposit is due at booking. Cancellations 31+ days before arrival will be refunded minus a 10% fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
