Lodging Overview

The meeting will be held at the Copper Mountain Conference Center. There is no lodging attached, but the Cambria Hotel and the Copper Mountain condos are all close walking distance to the conference center.

Discounted condos and rooms at Copper Mountain Resort are available on a first-come first-served basis. Lodging information and reservation links will follow in August 2026.

Copper Mountain Lodging

To reserve a discounted condo through Copper Mountain Lodging, please call the toll-free group reservation line at (866) 837-2996. To receive special group rates, attendees must identify their group affiliation by the following when making their reservations:

Copper Mountain Resort lodging rates range from $211 to $680 per night, not including tax, resort fee, and cleaning fee. A 15% deposit on the entire length of stay will be required upon making reservations. The balance on the room reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically billed to the credit card on file. If a reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, a refund of the deposit amount received will be made less 10%. If a reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the individual is subject to full forfeiture of the reservation value.

It is recommended that attendees fly into Denver International Airport (DEN) or Vail/Eagle (EGE).
