COURSE DATES:

The course will begin at 2pm on Monday, February 12, 2024 and adjourn at 10am on Friday, February 16, 2024.

LODGING INSTRUCTIONS:

A block of rooms has been reserved at Beaver Run from Sunday, February 11 through Thursday, February 15, 2024 at discounted group rates.   Discounted rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis.  We recommend booking early to ensure you are able to reserve your room preference.  Reservations received after December 20, 2023 will be provided on a space available basis.

                          ROOM TYPES AND DISCOUNTED RATES

The Rates listed above do not include the following: Sales Tax and Resort Lodging Fee, which totals 18.45% (subject to change).

For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, guests will be charged a processing fee of Forty-Nine Dollars ($49) per reservation.  For cancellations made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, guests will forfeit the amount of the full stay.  No-shows, early departures and/or late arrivals are non-refundable

GETTING THERE:

It is recommended that attendees fly Denver International Airport, which is 104 miles east of Breckenridge (approximately a 1 hour and 45 minute drive).
