To complete your registration you will need to request a code. Please email either a photo of your University/Program ID Badge or a letter from your Program Director on letterhead.

The 51st Remington Winter Course in Infectious Diseases will meet from February 9 - 13, 2025 at The Yellowstone Conference Center in Big Sky, Montana.

LODGING INSTRUCTIONS:

Discounted Group Lodging has been reserved in Big Sky from Saturday, February 8 through Thursday, February 13, 2025.

Discounted rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis. We recommend booking early to ensure you are able to reserve your room preference. Reservations received after December 10, 2024 will be provided on a space available basis.

For cancellations made within 30 days of scheduled arrival, guests will forfeit the amount of the full stay. No-shows, early departures and/or late arrivals are non-refundable

GETTING THERE:

It is recommended that attendees fly into Bozeman, Montana, located just 45 miles from Big Sky.

LIFT TICKETS AND IKON PASSES:

Cancellation Policy: If your registration must be cancelled your request must be received by email on or before December 15, 2024, your paid tuition, less a $175 administrative fee, will be refunded. No refunds will be granted after December 15, 2024.
