Registration will begin at 12:00pm on Sunday, February 10, 2019 in the Riverside Foyer located on the first floor of the Westin. The general session will begin at 2:00pm in Riverside Ballroom. We will adjourn at 9:30am on Thursday, February 14, 2019.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westin Riverfront for the nights of Saturday, February 9 through Thursday, February 14 at the discounted group rates listed below, plus applicable taxes and fees. Descriptions of room types can be found at http://www.westinriverfront.com/rooms.
Reservations should be made by calling 970-790-2000 and referencing the Remington Winter Course or by visiting the 2019 WCID Online Room Reservations Page before January 9, 2019. All costs, including room, tax and incidentals, are at your own expense. Guests who book their rooms through the Remington Winter Course will receive a reduced resort fee, and discounts to the Westin spa and equipment rentals.
Getting there:
It is recommended that attendees fly into either Vail/Eagle County Airport which is just 20 minutes west of the Westin Riverfront on I-70, or Denver International Airport, which is 120 miles east.
